Trick No.1 lies in water. Drinking liters of water a day is a sure way to keep excess pounds off and healthy eating habits intact. By drinking a glass of water 15 minutes before a meal you are likely to reduce the amount of food and calories you need to stop feeling hungry.

The secret behind trick No. 2 is also water, but this time we propose an actual food. Well, soup. As soup is water- and veggie-based it contains very few calories but nevertheless all the nutrients your body needs to stay slim and healthy.
