Opting for fish steaks instead of red meat steaks is far healthier and it doesn’t even take any more time and effort to prepare. You can opt for different kinds of fish as long as you include it in your diet 3 times a week. Preparing salmon steaks is fairly easy and the taste of fish will largely depend on how it is seasoned.

Make sure you top your salmon with some butter or you can opt for olive oil if you find it healthier. This will give the fish a rich flavor and make it a favorite on your dinner table.

Lemon juice is another key ingredient that will make your salmon taste fresh and Mediterranean-like.

After sprinkling lemon juice on the fish, cut a few slices of lemon, place them on top of your salmon and bake together.

Sprinkle the fish with garlic, salt, pepper and parsley for achieving the richest taste without adding unnecessary empty calories. Serve with mashed potatoes or any kinds of veggies you like, cooked or fresh.
